front mph is only different than rear at 10 to 5 mph

Not sure how to resolve problem with my abs engaugeing at 10 to 5 mph. Looks good above 10 mph front and rear and only different when speeds are 5 to 10 mph
When brakes are engaged at 20 mph drakes are working correctly until 10 mph and then abs engages until 5 mph ,it does this every time without fail -

Check for proper tires size and inflation, read the abs wheel speed and see if one is
out of sync. -

Hi,check especially for broken and corroded wiring to the abs sensors,this gives different speed readings,for that reason abs pump will work with low speed while braking.
